For questions about a merchant's merchandise, pricing, inventory, shipping, returns or orders, contact the merchant whose storefront you are using.

Merchant accounts

Merchants should use their Merchant Control Center and their established platform onboarding/support contact for account, subscription, catalog and Try-On service issues.

Billing

Merchant billing management is available through the Account / Plan area when enabled for the account.

Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, authentication codes or API credentials in support messages.
