You may request deletion of eligible personal information associated with your use of Headwear Try-On.

Try-On media

Original selfies are not intended for long-term retention when selfie retention is disabled. Completed Try-On results stay in your account until you choose to delete them. Disabling access preserves history.

Requesting account-data deletion

Use the support/contact method associated with the merchant or platform account through which you use the service. Identity verification may be required before a deletion request is processed.

Some records may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling, legal compliance or enforcement of service obligations.
