Merchant subscriptions

Merchant subscriptions can be managed through the available billing controls. Cancellation prevents future renewals in accordance with the billing provider's effective cancellation date.

Try-On credit purchases

Refund requests for separately purchased Try-On credits are reviewed based on the transaction, whether the service was successfully delivered or consumed, payment-provider rules and applicable law.

Merchandise purchases

Headwear Try-On does not generally process the merchant's retail merchandise transaction. Returns and refunds for physical merchandise are governed by the merchant from which the item was purchased.

Nothing on this page limits refund, cancellation or consumer rights provided by applicable law.
